A Bit About Us

Established in 2019, iGNITE started out as a dream. One that quickly turned in to a destiny that would not loosen it's grip on the mind of it's founders. Seeing the ever present needs of the youth within the different neighborhood's around the city struck a nerve that called for action. While their path was not clear, the ultimate goal was clear - Candace wanted to make a difference.

Candace's passion for community service, education and athletics set her on the journey of partnering with local officials and community member's within the school districts in Houston and the surrounding areas, to find out the needs and wants of both the students and the parents. Hoping to bridge the gap between what the youth had access to, and what they deserved was her mission. 

 

Whether you’re looking for recreational activities or enrichment programs, iGNITE has something for everyone to use and enjoy. Throughout the years, our goal is to become a safe space, a place of reference, and beacon of hope to the community.
